"I appreciate that you actually speak to live agents as opposed to an automated system. I was able to make my payment with ease with Teri and she was phenomenal! She was patient with me while I tried to find my wallet and had an upset toddler in the background. Teri reminded professional and kind through it all. "Customer service is outstanding here. I was referred to this company and was very reluctant because I assumed they are all the same. I WAS WRONG!. India was the insurance rep who assisted me. "I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years and insured my Ducati with them since 2018. After relocating from Illinois to Florida, I understood that rates would increase. I expected a reasonable adjustment based on the change in state. However, I was quoted nearly four times what I had been paying in Illinois for comparable coverage. Even after reducing my limits significantly, the premium remained more than double my previous rate. I also made multiple attempts to speak directly with the named agent regarding my policy and never received a return call. After four decades with the company, that lack of responsiveness was disappointing. I have decided to move my motorcycle coverage to another carrier where the rates were substantially more affordable and the service has been exceptional. I value transparency and communication, and unfortunately, I did not receive that here."

"This morning I spoke with India Hill at Bill's office. I recently purchased a new car and needed to change over the insurance. I thought this was going to be a all day thing. She answered the call on the first ring and had taken care of transferring my policy to the new car within about 5 minutes. She was very personable and thanked me for my continued choice of State Farm. I have been loyal member since 1985. She asked me about my new car and how i liked it. She asked how my day was going. I would highly recommend using both Bill Hagen State Farm and India specifically. Thank you for the Great Service."

"I work as a Senior Loan Specialist in the auto refinance industry, and I recently called this agency to help a mutual customer update lien holder and insurance information for a refinance. Unfortunately, my interaction with Kacie was very unprofessional and rude. She repeatedly interrupted me while I was explaining what documentation was needed and was not willing to listen so we could resolve the issue efficiently for the customer. I also had to ask her to repeat her name multiple times, and she declined to clearly provide it. During the call, I was simply requesting confirmation of an email and asking whether a declarations page or similar document showing the insurance expiration date could be provided, since the State Farm insurance card in Florida does not display an expiration date. I was told there was no such documentation, but the conversation did not allow for clarification or collaboration and believe it or not, this is on recorded line. I understand customer service roles can be busy, but professionalism and basic courtesy go a long way when working with other professionals trying to help the same customer especially when its lowering their rate and payment. Really Unprofessional."
