"I want to let Bill H and everyone know India is gem and was professional, kinda and knowledgeable to me and my husband. She was able to research, find and correct an accidental overpayment by the SF after hour center. She reviewed a policy for my new vehicle I had new insurance on and mentioned other saving deals made me reconsider coming back to State Farm. I highly recommend her and I will be calling her when I come back in a few months when my current policy is done. Thank you for all your help India!!!"

"Let me start with a comment - With over 32 years being loyal to Statefarm overall and my wife with over 38 years, we can truly claim to be loyal. Honesty is always the highest human value that anyone can provide to an other human being. Professionally understanding business well, I felt with Statefarm for the most part professionally handled, however there are many ‘hick-ups’ along the way and to list them over the years, I’m honestly not listing here at this point. Making a long story shorter: We canceled our policy. - At this point I’m glad about the decision to move on. Good luck corporate giant. Feel sorry for the agents. However, Rosemary is finally off some great help! Thank you. Best regards, Frank"

"Thought I could get a better deal than with State Farm. Decided to try. WHAT A TERRIBLE MISTAKE!! Thank heaven it took me just a few hours to call Christie back and find out I didn't have to stay with that decision!! It's a nightmare of bots and no specific contacts out there. Plus the rates were actually the same. Look. At 80 years old, on a fixed income, I am sharing with you that there is no one better. I've been with State Farm for over 50 years, and now I refuse to ever change that! I learned my lesson. Special thanks to Christie for her generosity and kindness to help me change my mind. Thanks to Bill for keeping his secret agent in the loop. Christie - you are the very BEST!"

"I had a horrible experience with this State Farm location, where they did not update the VIN number of a vehicle. I just bought which has caused my license to be suspended cause the finance company to charge me an extra fee as collateral because it showed the vehicle wasn’t insured so now I’ve had a loss of income at the sum of almost $2000 dollars because of their negligence I called multiple times to get this issue resolved, and nothing was ever done they definitely lost a customer with me and I went to Progressive."

"Dear Terry, Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback On April 21st, it is noted that you spoke with our Corporate office regarding a car change. Subsequently, on May 1st, your credit union contacted our local office for proof of insurance, and on October 25th, we also sent the necessary documentation to your finance company, including the VIN. At no point during these communications were we made aware of any issues with an invalid VIN number. We acknowledge that this was an error on the corporate side, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused. To assist you further, we would be happy to draft a letter to your credit union explaining the situation in hopes of having the extra fee waived. Please feel free to reach out to us at bill@billhagan.com for any further assistance. Thank you for your understanding. Update 02/20 - Our agency has made several attempts to contact you regarding a resolution for your fees, but we have not received a response."

"I received a call a few years ago and normally I don't answer calls that I do not recognizing , however I did answer this call and it was Kacie from State Farm. She saved me a ton of money on my car insurance and once I bought my condo I bundled them together. Many of my friends have also called and Kacie has saved them lots of money as well.
